Unlike traditional coaching in my office with set appointments and other time constraints, you can e-mail me your questions or concerns at any convenient time for you. After hours, weekends, in the comfort of your home or at your office, these are all examples of why this has become increasingly popular and effective with clients. It affords both you and I the ability to give more time for a considered dialogue with far more flexibility. It also allows us to both document our progress together to refer to at a later date if desired.
